Exchange Policy

• No additional charge for exchanges.
• Price difference on lower-value exchanges will be refunded as a gift voucher.
• Size exchanges are subject to availability.
• Please provide an unboxing video if the wrong product is received.

Returns Policy

• We offer a 7-day return window for returnable products.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and with original tags intact.
• A non-refundable Rs. 100 charge applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
• For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 3 working days to the original payment method. For COD orders, a refund link will be sent to your registered email.
• If you receive the wrong product or missing item, please provide an unboxing video.
• Do not hand over the product without a pick-up slip or SMS confirmation.
• Sale items are non-returnable, but exchanges are allowed.
• Only one exchange per sale/offer order is permitted.
• Items purchased during special sales or with free product offers (e.g., BOGO) are not eligible for returns.
